The Supply Chain Consultant will support project leaders as they prepare process and technical documentation for supply chain related projects. This individual will also help project-manage the engineering of supply chain related implementations. INTERACTION DESIGN CONSULTANT
Responsibilities
Interaction Design Consultants enter client engagements to ensure that functional elements align with human factor principles. He/she works to establish representative character profiles for key audience groups, scoping usage scenarios, and identifying differences in information types and access required by different customer groups. Tasks include product usability, evaluation and support to development team, low fidelity user testing to support rapid development of user interfaces, and usability testing for validation and heuristic evaluations based on principles/guidelines from industry best practices and cognitive research. Project deliverables are overall navigation schematic, interaction model, and branding and design parameters that will serve as reference for graphic designers. Needs to be familiar with programming basics/technical skills. May help develop design concept and implementation, providing input on user design considerations.
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of proven experience in human factors engineering (including Web, software, or e-business solutions development)
- Education in cognitive or experimental psychology, human factors or equivalent preferred
- Highly developed UI design skills for creating paper and electronic prototypes (graphic design, Web design, Web development languages/technology)

The New Business Executive (NBE) is responsible for seeking out buyers and selling International Capital Management business and software consulting services to targeted prospects. Experience successfully selling pure consulting services and an established network of consulting service buyers are required. NBEs are expected to be self starters and excellent communicators on the phone, in person, via PowerPoint, Word, Visio and email. Successful NBEs make lots of prospecting calls via phone to identify and build relationships with buyers of International Capital Management services, and occasionally travel to make presentations and to close deals.
